About Bianca
I do not write from theory.
I write from lived experience.
What I share,
I have walked through myself.
What I name,
I have faced.
Not perfect.
But I stayed.
Biography
Bianca Janssen (1985) is a professional coach and previously worked within mental health care as an in-home support specialist.
In her work, she guided people through vulnerable phases of life and specialized in emotional regulation and restoring personal autonomy.
After a neurological diagnosis abruptly interrupted her life, her professional knowledge became personal.
What she had guided others through for years, she now had to live herself.
The physical crisis became an existential shift in which self-abandonment, nervous system regulation, and relational patterns were no longer theory, but daily reality.
This combination of professional background and lived experience forms the foundation of her transformative memoir The Woman Who Stayed.
Bianca lives in the Netherlands, is divorced, and is the mother of two daughters.
In her work and writing, she explores mature self-loyalty, feminine strength without armor, and love without self-loss.
Why I write
I am not here
to make things more beautiful than they are.
I am here
to stay.
